Our Comfort Masks offering has continued to expand. These high-quality masks are now available in three sizes, four styles and numerous capabilities to accommodate the emerging needs of businesses and individuals. Our original TT1 mask is still the best with the highest particulate efficiency and a respirator-quality fit. However, many people have difficulty tolerating a layered mask, especially during the hot summer months. CellBlock has developed a wider array of thoughtfully designed and effective masks to address this concern.

We developed our CellBlock/TT1 mask to standout from the crowd and offer the best protection possible in a hand-sewn mask. The design features a tri-layer construction and includes an inner non-woven filter material. The bendable nose piece and well-formed design provides a respirator-type fit. Available in two sizes as well as with optional adjustable straps. They have been particle tested alongside surgical masks and N95 masks and have performed well.

We adjusted our original design to address the impending warmer temperatures of summer. We now offer a lighter version, the CellBlock/TT2. The TT2 still offers a high degree of particulate protection, but utilizes a thinner filter layer for increased breathability.

The CellBlock/NANO+ Comfort Mask has become the gold standard in a reusable mask. It utilizes a thin layer of nano fabric that has been treated with an antimicrobial exterior coating, which kills germs on contact and provides water resistance. The NANO+ features three layers with each providing optimal benefit:
- Outer Layer: double-coated with nanoparticulates to safely neutralize 99.5% of bacteria; water resistant, yet breathable
- Filter Layer: 3.5oz poly filter layer provides additional filtration
- Inner Layer: soft cotton for comfort against the face
- Bendable nose piece and well-formed design provides a respirator-quality fit.

The CellBlock/NANO1 was also been recently developed to meet the demand for lighter weight masks. It utilizes a thin layer of nano fabric that has been treated with an antimicrobial exterior coating, which kills germs on contact and provides a degree of water resistance. The NANO1 integrates the nano textile between two layers of woven fabric for optimal longevity of the mask.

Similar to the NANO1, the CellBlock/NANO2 is a lightweight mask. It is an economical option that relies on just two layers: the antimicrobial and water resistant nano textile on the outside; and a woven inner lining.
