Refund Policy

This document covers CellBlock FCS’s refund, returns, and cancellation policies. Customers are encouraged to review these policies before making a purchase. Please read carefully.

CELLBLOCKEX LOOSE-FILL MATERIAL ONLY – RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

CellBlockEX loose-fill material includes super sacks and 55L bags.

CellBlockEX may be returned for a full refund provided packaging is unopened and undamaged. To request a return/refund for your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or 1-800-440-4119 as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and reason for return/refund request in your communication.

Client is responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% or a minimum of $500 (whichever is greater) restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from return receipt of material for refund to be processed. 

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS – RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

CellBlock’s high-quality fire mitigation products are made-to-order. Thus, we do not offer a return or refund policy. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products tailored to your preferences. If there is a claim of a manufacturing defect, CellBlock FCS offers the following:

Repair or Replacement:

  • CellBlock will, at our discretion, repair or replace any item for which a customer may claim receipt of a damaged or defective product.
  • Requests for repair or replacement must be made within 5 business days of receiving the item.
  • If an extenuating circumstance requires return of a product, a 10% or a minimum of $500 (whichever is greater) restocking fee will be charged.

Exclusions and Exceptions:

  • Repair, replacement, or return is not available for items due to changes in personal preference, color discrepancies (due to monitor variations), or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for repair, replacement, or return.
  • Customized products may not be returned for a refund for any reason. This includes, but may not be limited to, custom embroidered or silkscreened LIBIK kits, custom manufactured blankets, or custom modified cases or cabinets.
  • In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to offer refunds or alternatives at our discretion.

Claim Process:

  • To request a repair or replacement, customers must contact our customer service team at [email protected] or 1-800-440-4119 as soon as possible and provide details of the issue along with supporting evidence such as photographs.
  • Our team will review the request and, if deemed eligible, provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Refund Issuance:

  • If repair or replacement is not possible, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item and verifying its eligibility for a refund.
  • Client is responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% or a minimum of $500 restocking fee will be charged on all returns not verified to be a manufacturer’s defect.
  • If item is determined to have been damaged after leaving our facility, the cost of repair will be deducted from refund amount.
  • If the original form of payment is not available (e.g., credit card expired), refunds may be issued via store credit or an alternative method agreed upon by both parties.

ALL PRODUCTS – CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. With very few exceptions, our items are made-to-order. CellBlock FCS’s cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties involved while ensuring the smooth processing of orders. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order:

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order without incurring any cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation Fees: Cancellation requests received more than 24 hours from time of order but before 1 week (and prior to the item shipping) shall be assessed a cancellation fee of $250. This fee is necessary to cover any costs incurred up to that point, including materials and labor. If the payment for the order has been processed, the cancellation fee will be deducted from that payment prior to any credit being issued. If the order was shipped prior to the cancellation request, the transaction will be handled under the return policy.
  • Customized Products: Customized products may not be cancelled after 24 hours for any reason. This includes, but may not be limited to, custom embroidered or silkscreened LIBIK kits, custom manufactured blankets, or custom modified cases or cabinets.
  • Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or 1-800-440-4119 as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation in your communication. We will guide you through the cancellation process and inform you of any applicable fees.
  • Refund Policy: If your order has been canceled within the cancellation window or if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. If a cancellation fee applies, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
