The CellBlock EMS (Exhaust Monitoring System) is a cabinet add-on that enhances battery charging and safe storage. Designed for use in a climate controlled environment, it provides active monitoring of smoke and temperature, and promotes the removal of excess heat. The ideal upgrade on cabinets used for charging, discharging, cycling, or testing batteries.
Sensors and exhaust fan work in tandem to maintain ambient temperature within a programmable range.
Internal/external smoke detector triggers alarms and fan shut off if fumes or smoke are detected.
Visual alarm (strobe) and adjustable audio alarm alert when smoke is detected or high temperature (programmable) is reached.
Explosion Control / Deflagration Prevention – refreshes internal atmosphere three times per minute, preventing flammable gas accumulation.
EMS Plus Only: monitor temperature at multiple locations.
EMS Plus Only: Tie into building controls systems for increased monitoring and visibility.
